Concept

At the heart of this concept is the ambition to not just build a new district but to craft a vibrant hub along Al-Farabi Avenue. This initiative was born out of pressing concerns about pedestrian safety and a vision to transform the avenue into a favored walking destination.

The design envisions an urban transformation, introducing a buffer zone that shields against city noise and pollution. This approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the street but also prioritizes safety and convenience for residents, optimizing conditions for public transport drivers as well.

Beyond just functional improvements, there's a strong focus on aesthetics. By reimagining the bus terminal, the passenger experience is elevated, and with the integration of lush green spaces alongside contemporary architectural elements, breathtaking mountain vistas come to the forefront, infusing the city with a unique allure.
